With over 35 years of experience managing, operating, and running businesses within a variety of industries, we’ve learnt how to jump into any business whole-heartedly and effortlessly. We’re able to quickly step in as your Online Business Manager, no matter the season you find your business in. 

As big-time business and data nerds, we quickly identify areas needing optimization and get to work improving the overall effectiveness of your business. Our goal is to give you back time and bandwidth so you can really lean into the areas of your business that light you up and amplify your creative genius. 

And because we’re business nerds, we love all the boring things. From finding cheaper, better tech stacks, to setting up the tech and workflows, to creating spending plans and optimizing ROI, to dealing with the paperwork, HR and organization of it all, it's our favorite work.

👉 We start each day by checking emails. Does the team need anything? Do the contractors require information?

👉 Then we look at the calendar and Asana. Are we on track to meet all deadlines? Where are we falling behind? Is there anything emergent that needs to be handled?

👉 Next, we review plans for your upcoming retreat. Are we missing anything important? How can we ensure things go off without a hitch? Are there any alternate plans we need to make to create a flawless experience? So you don’t get stuck in meetings, we coordinate with the event planner, the hotel, the catering, and the marketing manager to ensure your vision comes to life exactly as you saw it in your head. 

👉 We then have a numbers and budget check-in. Has anything gone over budget? Have all the bills been paid? Any outstanding amounts owed to the business? Are there any apps or programs that you don’t need? Do you need to re-evaluate the cost of certain services or offers?

👉 Now we have a quick check-in with you. How are you? Do you have any new ideas or changes to plans? Review any matters that require your attention or feedback. Remind you to write the weekly email that needs to be sent out Thursday.

👉 Let’s follow up with the team. We know you’re busy thinking and dreaming and don’t have time to coordinate with your different VAs, so we do it for you. What do they feel is working well? Is there anything they want to change? How are they feeling overall? Are they on track to meet important deadlines? If not, how can we help? And finally, provide them with the details they need to address based on our check-in with you.

👉 While the feedback is still fresh in our minds, we'll work on improving any sticky points in the company's policies and procedures. How can we tweak systems or workflows to improve efficiencies and make everyone’s life simpler? Are there any new systems, workflows, policies, or procedures that need to be created? If so, we’ll get started on them.

👉 We receive your weekly email for Thursday. We review it thoroughly for grammatical errors and get it scheduled to be sent out with the correct links (that actually work). 

👉 Finally, we make sure Zoom is set up properly for your next webinar. Ensuring that it automatically records and your Zoom plan allows the amount of attendees we’re planning for. We then run sound checks prior to the webinar and sit in to help moderate, answer any questions in the chat, post links, and most importantly troubleshoot if there are any tech issues.

We believe in making our onboarding process as smooth and simple as possible. We work with you to get the information we need to get started. Depending on your preference we can either do the majority of access giving via a Zoom call or through other means like a checklist.

Once we’ve got access we really take the time to understand the inner workings of your business. We introduce ourselves to your team and contractors. We review your offerings and tech setups. We comb through your resources. We analyze your data. All so that we can start to really get to know what makes your business tick, so that we can start optimizing the magic that’s already there.

There’s no such thing in our world as being thrown into the deep end. Which means that your business doesn’t have to be in an idyllic state before you hire us (because that’s kind of why you’re bringing us in, in the first place). So you don’t have to worry about something being messy or not ready. From the moment we start as a part of your team we’re working to help support you no matter what season of business you’re in. Really the most intensive part for you is helping get us access. After that we’re hands in the mud, spit-shining, all the magic that already exists behind the scenes.

Book an intro call.

Before beginning with a new client we like to meet (usually via Zoom) for us to get to know each other better. This is the perfect time to get a feel for our vibe and to ask us any questions. It’s also when we get to know your business better and to confirm the best solution for your specific needs.

Your custom proposal.

After our call, we get to work crafting a custom proposal made specifically for your needs. We try to get this to you as soon as possible as we understand that your time is valuable and you need to make decisions. Usually within the next day or two you’ll get your proposal.

Follow up conversations.

Due to the nature of the work we do and the investment you’re making, we understand that you may have questions that come up after our call. We’re happy to answer any questions at any time and we can even book another Zoom call if you’d like.

Signing your agreement.

Because we’re Type A people we always make sure that we have an agreement in place, prior to starting any work. We want to ensure that you feel comfortable with our working arrangements. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, we’d be happy to chat with you.

We dive in.

Once our agreement has been signed it’s time for us to jump in and start our sacred work as your Integrators. We begin by reviewing all the information we have so far and compiling a list of information and access we require from you. Then it’s head down, hands in the mud working time.

And now because you have so much more time, energy and bandwidth you can focus on the areas of your business that you love. As a result, your impact increases and (as a nice bonus) so does your profit.

We can usually get started right away. However, we do say that to be fully onboarded (which is access to everything and a good grasp of where your business is at) it can take up to a month. But we still are working in your business during that entire time.

Availability

We prioritize only working with a small number of clients as their OBM team. This allows us to give your business our full attention and the highest quality service. Meaning that you can contact us at any time, however we respond during our regular business hours.

Investment

Pricing starts at $3500.00 Canadian Dollars per month.

(Or approximately $2550.00 USD per month depending on the exchange rate at the time of the charge. )

Q: Are you able to work within the current systems or programs we use?

Yes! We work within your current set up.

We’ve worked with a lot of common programs and apps but if we haven’t used it before there may be a short period of time dedicated to learning the new system/program/app. 

Additionally, as we work with you, we are always aware of creating efficiencies combined with effectiveness. If we find tools or systems that would be a better fit for your business, we will bring them to your attention and review if it would be beneficial to move over to them.

If you have concerns we’re happy to discuss what this would look like during our intro call.

Q: Why would I need an Online Business Manager?

If you’re feeling like you’re spending all your time focusing on managing your team, making sure your ideas are carried out to completion, budgeting and cash flow, checking your to-do list, creating SOPs, making sure all the fine details are being taken care of - then it’s time for an OBM!

Q: How does your billing work?

You will be billed upon signing your agreement with us. Then on the same day each month thereafter, you’ll be invoiced. Payment is due upon receipt of each invoice. We accept e-transfer, Visa, or Mastercard.

Q: What if I’m still not sure what I need?

Let’s get you booked in for an intro call! During our call we can discuss your business and help you find a solution that feels right for you. Whether that be long-term management support or assistance with some projects and setups.
